As long as you don't rock up in six-inch heels or socks and Crocs, you can wear your own shoes to bowl, though if you're nostalgic for those red and blue striped shoes, they are still available and obligatory for kids.
This centre won't break the bank either. From Sunday (4pm) to Friday (6pm) you can nab two games and a drink for £14.99, or why not kick-start your weekend with 'Pink Pin' Fridays? If you bowl a strike when the lead pin glows pink on the screen then you'll bag your team a bottle of prosecco. If that isn't motivation enough to perfect your underarm swing, we don't know what is. But even if your balls are inclined towards the gutter, there's always the pool tables, air hockey and amusements to make up for any poor performance in the lanes.
