Tee Off At This New Crazy Golf Course At Battersea Power Station

A crazy golf venue opens at the new Battersea Power Station development this month.

Birdies combines crazy golf with cocktails, at an indoor course consisting of nine surreal holes to test your speed and accuracy. One features butcher-style curtains, another is completely dark, and a third involves smoke and mirrors (well, mirrors anyway) to create an infinity tunnel effect.

There's a cocktail bar on site, serving drinks to golfers, and food is available to buy, including gluten-free and vegan options. The course takes about 40 minutes to complete, with up to six players teeing off every 10 minutes. Group bookings are available, and kids are welcome until 5pm.

Birdies is the brainchild of SFG Club, the entertainment venue on top of a Stratford car park. This new branch is located in the railway arches close to the Thames, opposite Battersea Power Station. Another Birdies venue is planned to open in Angel soon too.

Birdies Battersea, 8 Arches Lane, SW11 8AB. Rounds are £12 peak/£10 off-peak per person. Opens 29 November 2019.
