4 Places To Eat And Drink For Free This Week In London

Looking to save some pennies this week? Here's how to snack and slurp your way through the city for free over the next seven days.

Lush coffee shop

Its cosmetics may be candy-coloured, but you probably wouldn't think to head to Lush for an edible freebie. But from now until Friday 7 September, you can get your hands on a free coffee, iced coffee or tea at the vegan pop-up at the Lush Soho Studio. It's all part of a campaign in collaboration with Change Please to discourage single-use plastics, so all you need to do to claim your free java is bring your own reusable cup.

How to claim: Take your own reusable cup along to the Lush Soho Studio.

Results day halloumi sticks

Getting your A-Level results on Thussday? Celebrate (or commiserate) at Nando's, where you can get your hands on a free portion of halloumi sticks or a 1/4 chicken if you take in your results. There is a bit of a catch, though — you need to spend a minimum of £7 to claim.

Nando's UK, Thursday 16 August

Waste-busting lunch

On Friday, the Wise Up to Waste campaign is heading to Hackney to show locals how to reduce the amount of perfectly good food that ends up in the bin. Along the way, you'll get to taste delicious samples of meals whipped up entirely from leftovers. If you can't make it, the same event is heading to Haringey the next day.
