Win A Month's Worth of Fitness Classes With British Military Fitness

This is a sponsored competition on behalf of British Military Fitness.

BMF groupTired of the treadmill or looking for a new way to keep fit? Try a completely new workout with British Military Fitness. The hour long fitness classes take place in outdoor spaces around the UK, offering a fun yet challenging way to exercise. Each class is tailored to the ability of the participants, and is led by a current or former member of the Armed Forces. Everyone, from exercise rookies to fitness veterans can take part, to reap the benefits of the methods of fitness training used in the Armed Forces.

On 31 May, to coincide with National Outdoor Fitness Day, British Military Fitness launches four new venues in London, in Crystal Palace Park, Alexandra Palace, Ravenscourt Park in Fulham and Highams Park in Woodford, to add to its existing 120 venues across the UK. Outdoor exercise is believed to be better for you than any form of indoor physical activity, and now there's more chance for Londoners to give it a go and feel the benefits.

To celebrate classes being introduced at these new London venues, British Military Fitness is giving Londonist readers a chance to attend classes for free. One lucky reader will win a month's worth of free classes at any of the four new London venues.

So dust off your trainers, kiss the treadmill goodbye and see why the BMF way of working out has become so popular across the country.

Fancy winning? To enter, simply fill in the form below, answering the question about the classes.
