M@Street Art: Amy Winehouse By Otto SchadeThe face is stenciled on.Adding detail to the eyes.Further eye work. The final details.
Otto Schade creates some of the most distinctive street art around. You've probably seen his depictions of the human form, composed from interwoven ribbons. His latest work is a portrait of Amy Winehouse. It can be found on a shutter at 184 Brick Lane, next to the rude Olympic mascot we covered recently. Like its neighbour, the piece was arranged by Global Street Art, who provided the photos in the gallery above, which shows Schade's meticulous technique.
