A Chinese Food Festival Is Happening In London This Weekend
Get your fill of Chinese delicacies at this weekend's food fest.

A Chinese food fair is coming to Potters Fields Park (by London City Hall) this weekend.

There will be more than 20 food stalls serving dishes from noodles and dumplings to bubble wrap waffles.

Bubble wrap waffles - even more fun than actual bubble wrap!

Chefs will also be demonstrating key Chinese cooking skills such as how to make various dim sum and Chinese hot pot.

There will also be supper clubs serving dim sum feasts and Shanghai cuisine which includes dishes like drunken chicken and stir-fried crystal shrimp (these need booking in advance).

Entertainment will come in the form of traditional Chinese performances, such as Chinese classical dancing.

The Chinese Food Festival is happening from 19-21 August at Potters Fields Park, SE1 2AA. See website for details of events and bookings.
