Forget round the world in 80 days — circumnavigating the globe in 60 gins is much more palatable. And now, that's a reality, thanks to The World Gin Festival.
For the whole of July, The Ship Tavern in Holborn is serving up an international range of gins, with some of the producers on hand to talk through their concoctions.
One gin on offer is a London summer special — the pub has made its own strawberry gin, which goes into their Strawberries & Cream cocktail — ideal for Wimbledon.
Every Sunday at the pub in July, from 5pm-7pm, the gin will be accompanied with lashings of cool jazz.
