Dragon's Den star 'Texas Joe' (real name Joe Walters) is opening a restaurant in south London next month.
Joe's Slow Smoked Meat launches in Bermondsey on the fitting date of 4 July, dishing up traditional BBQ meats — like beef brisket, beef prime rib, pork shoulder, and mutton shoulder — cooked with a heavy dose of smoke, salt and pepper over a 500lb capacity rotisserie.
The dining area will be accompanied with a 'honky tonk' bar stocked with whiskey, tequila and a jukebox.
The Dallas-born entrepreneur shot to fame in 2013, when he appeared on the BBC show Dragon's Den, peddling his jerky.
