Lewisham Model Market Returns For A Third Summer Of Street Food
Lewisham's Model Market

Lewisham's indoor and outdoor street food night market returns on 15 April for the duration of the summer. The market is run by the people behind Street Feast, and features 10 street food traders and five bars.

Some of London's best food stalls will set up camp, including Club Mexicana (vegan Mexican street food), Rola Wala (Indian street food wraps with full on spice and flavours), Mother Flipper (great burgers) and Yum Bun (Taiwanese Hirata steamed buns).

Bar crawl anyone? There are five of them at Model Market.

The five bars have some serious summer vibes and we're particularly looking forward to the Rum Shack (a bar that is "tiki not tacky"), the Slushy Bar that serves tequila coladas and the late night vinyl and music bar called Winyl, serving wine until 1am.

Model Market, 196 Lewisham High Street, SE13 6LS. Opens 15/16 April and runs for 25 weekends until 30 September/1 October. Doors open every Friday and Saturday from 5pm-1am. Entry is free before 7pm and £3 after. The bars at Model Market all take cards but food is cash only.
