Well, this must absolutely happen.
London Design Festival wants to turn Trafalgar Square into a crazy golf course for a week in September. The holes will be created by designers and architects, including Mark Wallinger, Paul Smith and a final design from the late Zaha Hadid.
One drawback: the plan needs funding. There's a Kickstarter up and running, where you can pick up rewards like early bird tickets, bags, Paul Smith socks — or tours of the artists' studios for those with deeper pockets.
The plan needs £120,000 by 6 June to become a reality. Come on London, let's do this!
