Renowned writer Ben Judah is at Conway Hall next month, talking about his acclaimed new book This Is London.

The young foreign correspondent turned his attentions to home soil for his latest effort, immersing himself in the hidden world of London's immigrants — from the richest to the poorest.

The people Judah meets and the things he discovers in the book are eye-opening: he dines with oligarchs and foreign royalty, sleeps rough and talks business with prostitutes.

This is London has been described as a 'compulsive and deeply sympathetic book' about the dizzying metropolis we live in.

On 14 April, Judah is in conversation with James Bloodworth, a journalist for the International Business Times, the Daily Beast, Politico and the Wall Street Journal.

Here's a great chance to see Judah speak about his book, and to ask him questions.

Ben Judah appears at Conway Hall, 25 Red Lion Square, WC1R 4RL on 14 April, 7.30pm. Tickets £8 +booking (adults). £5 (concession). Book through the Conway Hall website or below.
