GREAT PLAGUE:
Gresham College is at the Museum of London for a free lecture about the Great Plague, in which 70,000 people died and the capital's social and economic life was disrupted for months. It happened 350 years ago, but this lecture questions whether we understand it any better now than the people who lived through it did. Free, just turn up, 6pm

Watch a screening of Kung Fu Elliot at the 52 Shortwave cinema in Bermondsey. The low budget documentary follows Elliot “White Lightning” Scott as he plans on becoming Canada’s first action hero with his low-budget karate epic film. £10, 7pm
MAPPING CHANGE IN VAUXHALL:
As Lambeth Heritage Festival comes to a close, artist and map-maker Robin Whitmore leads a workshop presenting a large-scale, hand-drawn map illustrating the social and economic history of the immediate area around Tate South Lambeth Library. Free (donations welcome), 7pm
BOLLYWOOD MOVIES:
Head to Russell Square for a Bollywood movie night, aimed at both newbies to the genre and those in the know. There's a special screening of coming of age film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Ticket includes popcorn and a drink. £11.50, 7pm
COMEDY:

The Korean National Gugak Centre is one of the great arts companies of Korea. Tonight, it performs traditional Korean music at Sadler's Wells. The performance focuses on Sanjo — a style of instrumental music accompanied by a drum and dancers. £6, 7.30pm
RUGBY LEGENDS:
Spend an evening with rugby legends Martin Johnson, Sean Fitzpatrick and David Campese at the Rugby World Cup Fanzone in Richmond. Sky Sports presenter Alex Payne chairs the conversation about their experiences on tour and playing rugby around the world. £12.50, 8pm
FILM FESTIVAL AFTER PARTY:
The Raindance Film Festival ShortList Gala After Party takes place tonight at Cafe de Paris in Soho. The party follows the world premiere screening of Kicking Off, a British cult classic in the making. Expect live music from London band Lois & The Love. £10, 9pm

Get ready to Roar With Laughter at Hammersmith Apollo next Friday. The comedy night is raising funds for the Zoological Society of London's lion conservation appeal.
