Whether you’ve got a garden spanning several acres, or a tiny window box to work with, GROW London on Hampstead Heath shows you how to get the most out of your outdoor space this weekend.

100 boutique exhibitors will be showcasing everything from garden furniture to rare and hard-to-find plants and flowers, garden sculpture, pots, planters, accessories and tools.

If you need inspiration, free talks cover everything from creating an edible bouquet to saving bees. Expert Mark Ridsdill Smith gives an insight into edible crops which can be grown in small spaces such as balconies, and the Evening Standard’s Pattie Barron talks about plants, materials and tricks that will transform the smallest and most awkward of spaces.

Take part in a workshop to learn how to make a handmade bouquet entirely from British flowers, or a wildlife-friendly window box.

Children are welcome along too, with workshops to get their growing green fingers tingling. They can explore Grimm's Fairy Tales through interactive storytelling and planting exercises, make a scented herb bag, or create their own flowers.

GROW London takes place on Hampstead Heath 19-21 June. Ticket prices vary from £10.80 in advance to £16 on the door, and can be bought here. Talks and workshops are included in ticket prices, seats are first come, first served.
