  • Which is the odd one out: the O2, the Lloyds Building, the Gherkin or the Cheesegrater?
  • What's the tallest church in the City of London, not counting St Paul's?
  • Who built the first tunnel under the Thames?

If you like pub quizzes, London architecture, and fun evenings on a boat, then we've got the perfect event. Londonist's resident quizmaster Matt Brown will host an evening of architectural fact-finding onboard the Battersea Barge during a floating pub quiz in partnership with Nine Elms on the South Bank, central London's newest district.

Expect 50 questions on all aspects of London architecture — from the Roman city to the skyline of the future. The boat comes with a fully stocked bar and dining options, and we'll have special prizes for the highest scoring teams.

The free event takes place on 18 June 2015. Doors open at 6.30pm, and questions start around 7pm. Places are free, but must be pre-booked.

To book your team, please email hello@londonist.com, stating your team name, number of team members, a valid contact email address, and any specific requirements. Teams can be any size, but we'd recommend no more than six people.

The event is part of London Festival of Architecture 2015. Find other architectural events at Nine Elms during the festival.

UPDATE: Please note that this event is now fully booked. You're welcome to email us and we'll add you to the waiting list.

Please note that, due to the nautical nature of the venue, not all areas of Battersea Barge are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us if you have queries.
