What does London look like through the eyes of 100 different illustrators? Join the London Places and Spaces Late happening this Friday 15 May and find out for yourself.

London Transport Museum opens its doors after-hours to celebrate the launch of The Prize for Illustration 2015: London Places and Spaces this year's theme is all about London locations and public spaces. Celebrate the talent of these artists and their creative representations of our beloved city with an evening of music, drinks and entertainment.

Explore the exhibition by yourself or listen to curators give you an insider's perspective of the artworks on display. During the evening Janet Smith, author of 'Liquid Assets', will give a talk about London’s lidos and her love of outdoor swimming while Joe Kerr will explain how he manages to be both a Royal College of Art Professor and a London bus driver.

It's not all just about the exhibition, in fact there will be plenty of other activities to stimulate your imagination: jazz music played by the Sunshine Kings, face painting for grown-ups and even giant garden games. And, oh yes... a two-for-one offer on Pimms.

Book your ticket now.
