Arty children and grown-ups ahoy! Ready, Steady, Colour starts tomorrow and goes on until Sunday in a unit in Camden Lock which has been turned into a make-believe restaurant. Simply go in, wait to get seated then select a black and white plate of food from the menu (not for eating!). Then you can enjoy colouring it in, while you are entertained with storytelling, music and comedy.

This interactive family event combines creativity with children's theatre — the food, menu and restaurant have all been designed and hand-drawn by artist Anna Bruder. Wednesday kicks off with one afternoon session, while the other four days have multiple sessions which you can book online. The event is recommended for children aged 3-8.

Ready, Steady, Colour is on from 18-22 March at Unit 7, East Yard, Camden Lock, NW1 8AF. Tickets are £5/£4, online booking is suggested. The event is organised by Oxford Playhouse in collaboration with A Line Art.
