STYLE LEGEND: Marella Caracciolo Chia, niece of the style legend Marella Agnelli, talks about her aunt’s glamorous life and achievements at the Victoria and Albert Museum. Agnelli was widely photographed in the 1950s-60s, and also collaborated with well-known architects. £9/£7, prebook, 6.30pm

SPEAKEASY: Drink Shop Do hosts a Speakeasy evening with authors Nikesh Shukla and Lucy Ribchester. Take part in the Story Challenge where they are given a theme by the audience and have to come up with a tale on the spot. Free, just turn up, from 7pm

BILLIE HOLIDAY: BBC Radio 2 celebrates 100 years of Billie Holiday with a special concert at Hackney Empire. The 60 piece BBC Concert Orchestra teams up with singers including American soul singer Madeline Bell, Gloria Onitiri and Rebecca Ferguson to perform songs from Holiday's career. £10-30, prebook, 8pm
