Kristmas Karaoke is coming to town.

WOMEN SAFETY: To mark the launch of the Women’s Safety Charter, Southwark Council has organised a panel discussion about harassment at Southbank University: panelists include author Zoe Williams and comedian Sara Pascoe. FOLK MUSIC: Camden Voices return to Cecil Sharp House for a night of festive music featuring reimagined seasonal songs and new arrangements from the worlds of soul, jazz and a capella. CANDLELIT TOUR: National Trust is offering candlelit tours of Eastbury Manor House in Barking. The three storey building will be lit as it would have been before electricity, allowing visitors to explore the sights and sounds of the building as they wouldn't usually be able to. £7, prebook, 7.30pm

WOMEN IN FILM: Arthouse Crouch End hosts the monthly event A Woman's Work, which aims to highlight, celebrate and discuss women working in cinema, past and present, behind and in front of the camera. Tonight's guest is director and screenwriter Carol Morley discussing the work of Oscar-winning director and screenwriter Muriel Box, with a screening of her 1952 British comedy The Happy Family. £10, prebook, 8pm

COMEDY: This is quite a pre-Christmas present. Rob Newman, Josie Long, Kate Smurthwaite and Max Davies join Chris Coltrane at Camden’s Black Heart for friendly political comedy club Lolitics. Expect gags about the Tories, climate change, religion and the world. £3, just turn up, 8.30pm
