One hundred leading artists, architects and designers have each created an image, from a designated area of 100 squares, with the Shard at its centre.
10x10 is the flagship fundraising event of Article 25, a charity raising funds to support work on building projects for vulnerable communities across the world. A grid of 100 squares was laid over a map of the city, with each participant given one square, from which they created a unique artwork inspired by the buildings and public space within that square.
Participants this year include Lord Norman Foster, Antony Gormley, Eva Jiricna, Sir Terry Farrell, Will Alsop and Mark Wallinger. You can see some of our favourite efforts in the gallery above.
The 10x10 auction (it's invite only) is held at the Shard on 27 November, with a welcoming address by Irvine Sellar, the Shard's developer and joint owner. Online bidding runs from 4-25 November.
Last year the 10x10 auction raised £90,000, which was put towards designing and building best practice Street Children's Centres across Africa.
