We snooped around and found some eccentric and extravagant photos of shop windows around London. The result was gloriously varied: dozing cats, hovering shoes and gallons of spirits. And if you have any of your own shots capturing an extraordinary shop window, you're welcome to share them with us in the Londonist Flickr pool.

With thanks to the following photographers for use of their photos via the Londonist Flickr pool: scheherezade, Chris Beckett (and again), Past London, Maki Aoyama, Theunis Viljoen, Graeme Maughan, Paul Steptoe Riley (and again), richardbw9, Dario and Sean Batten.
