Next week sees the return of one of the capital’s favourite food festivals, as Feast pops up in Tobacco Dock for what is being billed its biggest and best event yet. Kicking-off on Thursday evening and running until Sunday, it has all the ingredients for four days of serious feasting.

A main course of twelve top London restaurants will be dishing up their signature serves throughout. Arrive hungry and revel in Aqua Shard’s BBQ duck bloomers with whey butter and kaffir lime mayonnaise, or chorizo bread and Portuguese custard tarts from Notting Hill Kitchen. Make sure you save room for offerings from other restaurants including Chop Shop, Dirty Bones, Hutong, Salvation In Noodles and Gordon Ramsay’s Union Street Café.

A whole host of street food is also on the menu, including Anna Mae’s oozingly indulgent mac ‘n’ cheese, decadently topped sweet and savoury waffles from Waffle On, gluten-free South American food from Guasacaca, and authentic bhel puri from Indian veggie masters Horn OK Please.

Throw in a producers’ market spanning artisan teas, grown up marshmallows and boozy sweets, plus masterclasses featuring taxidermy, perfume and absinthe. Mix up with DJs until late and serve alongside a host of well-stocked bars for a weekend of gastronomic gluttony and foodie fun.

To round things off, there's an appearance from Londonist. We’ll be there on the Sunday, recording our latest podcast live at the show and sticking around to say hello. Join us in the show’s pub area (where else?) from 3pm for a pint, a chat and a free Londonist badge or Oyster Card wallet.
