Tickets For Keats Festival 2014 On Sale Now

Keats House hosts many events.

There's a bit of a celebration going on to mark the 200th anniversary of the first poem written by Keats.

Keats Festival 2014 takes place at Keats House, Hampstead, for eight days in June. The festival consists of a series of literary events, aimed at people of all ages. Theatrical tours of Keats House, afternoon tea, writing workshops, poetry readings and film screenings all take place. Some events are chargeable, others are free, but pre-booking is recommended for all, regardless of cost.

The festival also marks the handing over of the position of Keats House poet-in-residence from Jo Shapcott to Daljit Nagra. Incoming Nagra hosts an ode-writing workshop on 7 June as part of the festival.

The festival comes to a close with a Family Fun Day on 15 June, with poetry activities from former Children’s Laureate Michael Rosen, and Daljit Nagra.

Keats Festival 2014 takes place 7-15 June. More information and tickets here. Keats House, Keats Grove, Hampstead NW3 2RR.
