London Connection Puzzle

Congratulations to Thomas Barrett, who was the first of several people to guess last week's solution from just the first two clues. Putney Heath, Battersea Park, Tothill Fields and Pickering place were all locations of important duels. Respectively, George Canning vs Lord Castlereagh on Putney Heath; Duke of Wellington vs Lord Winchelsea in Battersea Fields; Tothill Fields (Pimlico) was the site of many duels including the first with pistol (1711), which involved Colonel Richard Thornhill and Sir Cholmley Deering; and Pickering Place, off St James's Street, is said to have witnessed the last public duel in London. A new puzzle, set by winner Thomas Barrett, starts tomorrow.

From the Archive

On this day last year we shared the picture of a woman strolling through a greeny graveyard. Could you name which one she's walking across?

Tomb It May Concern

Sticking with the grave theme, we've decided to make burial grounds the inspiration for this week's picture puzzles. First up, where is this isolated monument? Which famous typesetter, whose family of fonts are still used today, is among those commemorated on it? If you think you know, leave a comment on the article (those reading this via the email can find the article here).
