Hop Aboard Our Year Of The Bus Walk

Have you spotted this special Year of the Bus bus yet? David Holt snapped this one.

This year's random Londonist amble celebrates Year of the Bus.

On Easter Monday, 21 April we'll follow a route from Camden to Clapham, taking in notable and quirky bus-related sights and stops along the way. We've even thrown in a ride on a heritage Routemaster and will be looking out for the silver 'Year of the Bus' bus, on route no.9 as the most appropriate group photo opportunity.

Want to join us? Londonist's regular walk squad (Lindsey, Ben and John) will be there and other Londonist contributors, friends and readers are welcome to join us. Please note, you do so at your own risk - this is not a guided walk or a professional tour but a fun and friendly adventure from north to south on which we hope to share bus journey stories, find out everyone's favourite route and express our affection for London's bus network and all who make it work.

RSVP on Facebook or leave a comment below if you'd like to come and we'll confirm the meeting point shortly.
