See Sketch Comedy In Soho This Week

Pappy's

Get four days of some of the best sketch and character comedy around at the Soho Sketch Festival.

It launches at the Soho Theatre on 26 March with trio Jigsaw, whose constituent parts of Dan Antopolski, Tom Craine and Nat Luurtsema are excellent comics in their own right, Ariadne the WAG and a guest who's been kept very hush hush.

The following nights decamp to the Sanctum Soho Hotel: you've got Pappy's, Pippa Evans, Nick Mohammed and Milo McCabe on the 27th, Staple Face, Holly Burn and the only man whose show we've seen three times and had aching cheeks each time, Adam Riches, on the 28th. The final night is all about comedy songs, with Ginger and Black, Raymond and Mr Timpkins, and Vikki Stone. Chris Fitchew is your host for the festival.

Tickets cost £10 per night (or £11 if bought through We Got Tickets; get tickets for the Soho Theatre night direct from the venue). We think it's worth it for a night (or two, or three, or four) of top-class silliness and laughter.

The Soho Sketch Festival runs at the Soho Theatre, Dean Street W1, on 26 March at 9.30pm, £10, and at the Soho Sanctum Hotel, 20 Warwick Street W1, 27-29 March at 7.30pm. Tickets £10. For more information see Facebook.
