London is usually described as a rainy and grey city but it's not always like that: here's what happens when the sun shines (or sets). The architecture, the nature and even the people create light patterns around them, and the result can be stunning.
Many thanks to the photographers for allowing us to use their images via the Londonist Flickr pool: Jon Spence, Stuart-Lee, Fabio Lugaro, HoosierSands, Richard Watkins, Terry Moran, Homemade, Peter Denton, John Esslinger, Andrew Smith, James Whitty and Downtime_1882.
