Shopping For A Good Cause: Boutique de Noel 2013
Ring in the festive season this month with a fundraising Christmas shopping event run by London charity, the Junior League of London.
Now in its 34th year, Boutique de Noel brings original gifts and speciality foods from a wide selection of exhibitors to Kensington Town Hall. Look to treat yourself or get your Christmas shopping done early. Whoever you’re shopping for, there are some serious goodies on offer.
Beautiful jewellery, personalised artwork, children’s toys, fashion and a whole host of lovely things for the home will be available to browse and buy from over 90 exhibitors. You can have your cake and eat it too, with rich handmade Christmas cakes, cupcakes and cookie mixes also on sale.
The celebration opens with a Premier Shopping event on Friday 15 November, where there will be live Christmas music, wine, canapés, and the chance to win great prizes in the live and silent auctions and raffle. A full day of shopping then follows on Saturday 16 November. We’ve heard a certain Mr Father Christmas will be taking time out of his busy schedule for photographs with children too.
Boutique de Noel takes place 15-16 November at Kensington Town Hall. Tickets for Saturday 16 November are £5 and entry for children is free. Entry to the Gala Shopping Evening on Friday 15 November costs £35 (includes two drink tickets, canapes and will get you into Saturday’s event too). Get your tickets online or by phone on 020 7499 8159.
The Junior League of London is an organisation of women committed to promoting voluntary service, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
