Explore Kew Gardens With Half Price Tickets

Kew Gardens has launched a half price adult ticket so you can enjoy the gardens later in the day, on the cheap.

The £7 'lazy summer afternoons' ticket, rather than the full price £14.50 adult ticket, is valid after 3.30pm. You can stay until 6.30pm on weekdays, 7.30pm on weekends, until 26 August, and 6pm after that date (certain areas close earlier) which should be plenty of time to explore some of the best bits of Kew, like the palace, treetop walkway and palm house.

We'd recommend taking advantage of the offer to experience the IncrEdibles festival, which includes a Tutti Frutti Boating Lake created by Bompas and Parr in the never-open-to-the-public-before Palm House Pond, as well as discovering edible plants at the Rose Garden Tea Party and Tropical Larder. And if you visit soon, you can see the Temperate House before it shuts for a five-year restoration on 4 August.

The offer is available now until 8 September and can be bought any day of the week. For more information see the Kew Gardens website.
