36 Hours From St Paul's: Timelapse Video

stpaulstimelapse

A new, rather beautiful and soothing, timelapse video of London has been created, showing 36 hours captured in 7,000 panoramic photos taken from the Golden Gallery at the very top of St Paul's. Media company Visualise  built scaffolding above the dome to get the shots. We love the clouds flying past, and watch out for the cathedral's shadow creeping across the bottom of the frame.

The music is homegrown too, sung by the St Paul's Cathedral Choir, though we'll quietly skip over the fact that Mozart was Austrian. Visit the Visualise website to watch the whole thing and other London timelapse videos and panoramas, like over the London Eye and on a boat down the Thames.
