Have you ever gotten out on the wrong side of bed? Gotten off on the wrong foot with someone? Made the wrong choice? Hey, you're only human, and now you can celebrate your uniquely human failures, fallacies and faults with an evening of errors at Wellcome Collection.

This Friday 5 July, Wrong! brings a carnival of human wrongdoings to Wellcome Collection, where scientists, magicians, film-makers and performers will come together to showcase the magnificent array of human failures through interactive lectures, workshops and games.

Take part in a wrong-off with your friends at The Wrongness Championships, enjoy the comic nonsense of musical clowns at Carnival of Fools, and receive a masterclass in how you can play the fool with an Introduction to Clowning by director John Wright.

Once you've done enough clowning around, you can learn about the blunderings of the brain at lectures such as The Psychology of Magic, Irrational Choices and The Malleability of Memory. Get fooled by sleights of hand with close-up magicians then find out why with psychologist and illusionist Gustav Kuhn.

Or try an experiment in catharsis with the Shame Confessional. Missed your friend's birthday recently? Returned to the wrong seat in a restaurant? Mistaken a total stranger for your best friend? Submit your mistaken wrongdoings in advance and see it alongside others in a display on the night.

We all make mistakes, so if you are sick of trying to do everything right, then it is high time you delighted in disaster and celebrated your ability to get things abysmally, thoroughly, spectacularly wrong.

Wrong! takes place on Friday 5 July from 7-11pm at Wellcome Collection, Euston Road, NW1 2BE. Admission is free.
