South London Council Car Park Used As Porn Film Set

Gibson Road car park

Visitors to a council-run multi-storey car park in the London borough of Sutton may have seen more than they expected after it has emerged that at least three porn films have been shot on the eighth floor of the premises.

Conservative Councillor, Tony Shields, reportedly said that a 'furious' resident gave him the heads-up about the mucky video. Councillor Shields told the Daily Mail: “I have seen it and it is about as explicit as it gets. It wasn't a kiss and a cuddle. If you were coming back to your car with your shopping it would be very shocking.

“'The informants showed me the video on their doorstep on a tablet while I was out canvassing. They have subsequently contacted me to tell me there are not one but three videos.”

Quite how the resident discovered the video remains unclear.

The film features a ‘fake taxi’ which picks up passengers before taking them to the car park on Gibson Road to 'settle the fare' – mere spitting distance from Sutton’s council offices. Unsurprisingly, the council had not given permission for the filming to take place.

A spokesperson for Sutton Council told Londonist: “We are working with local police to identify any offences and appropriate action will be taken.

“The Safer Neighbourhood Team has been made aware of the incident and will make sure their patrols pay attention to the car park."

We’re sure they will.
