Only a few tickets remain for the upcoming London At The Library Salon. These monthly gatherings explore aspects of the capital’s history and geography, in the intimate setting of Westminster Arts Library. The next Salon is on 27 June and the theme is ‘London Over, London Under’.
Londonist contributor Tom Bolton talks about his recent book London’s Lost Rivers, revealing the landscape clues that betray the buried watercourses of the capital. He’s paired with Antony Clayton, whose book Subterranean City is one of the finest treatments of the subject that we’ve read. Tickets are just £6, which usually includes an unusual cocktail.
