Medieval Mayhem After Hours In An Archaeological Archive

This is a sponsored post on behalf of Museum of London.

If you're harbouring an inner Indiana Jones or are fascinated by archaeological finds, don't miss an opportunity to explore the Museum of London's amazing Archaeological Archive as part of Museums at Night 2013.

Medieval mayhem will run amok through the evening with performances, curator led talks, tours and object handling sessions to introduce you to the archive and some rarely seen treasures.

Comic improvisers - Breaking and Entering - will bounce around word play, sketches and comedy songs inspired by mystery medieval objects. And it's adults only for this after-hours event, so there'll be a cash bar on site, provided by the North Pole pub.

Archaeological Archive by Twilight takes place on Friday 17 May from 6.30-9pm. Tickets are £7 (£6 concessions) Friends free. Book online or call the Museum of London Box Office on 020 7001 9844.

This event takes place at: Mortimer Wheeler House, 46 Eagle Wharf Road N1 7ED
