Get Your Scandi Fix With Nordicana

Obsessed with Scandi drama? Constantly scouring BBC4's listings? Pleased the weather's rubbish so you can carry on wearing your Sarah Lund jumper? Then Nordicana is for you.

The people behind some of the best Scandi noir film, TV and novels are gathering in Clerkenwell on 15 and 16 June. Arne Dahl appears both days, plus there's Adam Price (the man who created Borgen), David Hewson deconstructing The Killing and signings with Ann Cleeves, Malin Arvidsson, Claes Ljungmark and others.

Feast your eyes on screenings of Arne Dahl (+ cast Q&A) and Borgen, followed by a panel debating dramatising politics. Film and TV play all day on the cinema and main room screen, including Wallander, new release A Hijacking, Accused, Exit and stuff for kids. There's also food and drink from Scandikitchen, the Briska Cider Bar and the Reyka Vodka Bar.

Nordicana takes place 15-16 June at The Farmiloe Building, 34-35 St John Street EC1. Tickets £8 + bf early bird day pass, £15 + bf early bird weekend pass, £5 + bf for some individual events. For more information see the Nordicana website.
