A few weeks before it closes, Flickr friend Kris Wood got a personal tour around BBC Television Centre at White City. Abandoned offices, empty corridors, random props and the dregs of a party make for forlorn images but there's an eerie beauty to the iconic building in these photos too, as if the ghosts of TV are lurking just out of shot.

If you didn't get round to taking an official tour of Television Centre, you can take a look at our write up of it and you might be interested in booking for the brand new tour of Broadcasting House (adult tickets £13.50, concessions £10, children aged 9-15 £9).

All photos by Kris Wood. View the entire set on Flickr.
