Caption Contest: What's On The Placard?

Looks real, doesn't he? But our placard-carrying construction worker is actually a cardboard cutout. He acts as a two-dimensional guard on the eastern fringes of Soho Square, warning pedestrians that none shall pass, thanks to the Crossrail dig by Tottenham Court Road tube.
