Bit of a foodie flashpoint coming to Islington from Thursday, when FEAST opens in an old mail sorting office in Islington. The semi-derelict location will be filled with street food vendors and chefs from London's leading restaurants. They'll even be selling Christmas trees.
Participating purveyors from established restaurants include HIX, York & Albany, Ceviche and Mishkins. The street food scene, meanwhile, is represented by the likes of Big Apple Hot Dogs, Lucky Chip and Yum Bun. Inevitably, Bompas and Parr will also be in on the act, with a 'total sensory assault'.
It's the most fun you've ever had in a sorting office, unless perhaps you've been to one of the many other recent events making use of old sorting offices.
