Ticket Alert: Edwyn Collins, Muse, James And More

Gigs on sale this week include dates booking into next April and beyond. Here's our pick of what's available - all these go on sale from 9am.

After a brief flirtation with The O2 this year, stadium rockers Muse return to their natural habitat next summer, playing Emirates Stadium on 25 and 26 June. Tickets £49.50 + bf.

In between running his record label and production work for other bands, Edwyn Collins has been putting the finishing touches to a new solo album, which is slated for release next year. He'll play the gorgeous Union Chapel on 24 April. Tickets £25 + bf.

Since reforming in 2007, Mancunian stalwarts James have released new material and refilled the coffers by playing several sell-out tours. Still an enticing prospect live, they play at O2 Brixton Academy on 19 and 20 April next year. Tickets £38.50 + bf.

American pop-rockers Matchbox Twenty had a five-year gap between their last two records, eventually releasing their fourth album in September this year. They might not be the band of the moment, but they still have the pull for big venues, playing Hammersmith Apollo on 16 April. Tickets £29.50 + bf.

Four-piece alt-rockers Don Broco have been busy making a name for themselves in recent months. They'll headline The Underworld on 21 February. Tickets £9 + bf.

Also booking this week: Stornoway, Amy MacDonald and Victoria Park festival Field Day, which has just made its first line-up announcement.
