Things To Do In London This Weekend: 10-11 November

All weekend

  • The Lord Mayor's Show processes from Bank to Aldwych from 11am. No fireworks this year but plenty of pageantry including a Sherman tank, loads of horses, vintage cars, marching bands and that special gold carriage.
  • Comica Comiket, the Independent Comics Fair is in the Great Hall at Bishopsgate Institute from 11am to 7pm (free entry).
  • Watch around 500 boats take part in the Head of the River rowing race on the Thames from Mortlake to Putney starting at 12.15.
  • Take an Autumn Wildlife Walk round Gunnersbury Triangle from 1-3pm (free).
  • Go to a Tea Dance in Greenwich at 2pm (entry £8/£6 includes tea & cake).
  • If you missed 5 November fireworks there's one more bonfire to go to in Bounds Green, thanks to the local scouts and guides (£4 adults, £3 kids).
  • DJ Yoda's Audiovisual Spectacular will be immense at the Kentish Town Forum from 8pm till 2am (£19.50 advance).
  • Two of the UK's finest DJs, Jackmaster and Ben UFO, play Wapping Studio Spaces (tickets £15).
