Today: London College Of Fashion Shop Opens

From today you can pick up some forward-thinking fashions from a new pop-up shop in Carnaby.

Located inside the kooky Kingly Court shopping centre is the temporary London College of Fashion Shop, offering the latest trends from London's up-and-coming fashion designers. With a selection of menswear, womenswear, accessories, illustration prints and fashion photography from the LCF's talented alumni, this boutique is going to be a fashionista's paradise for the next two weeks.

Prices vary, so you could bag a £20 bracelet or spot a sexy silk dress for £400; what's not definite is the potential price of your investment should that designer go global in the future. If you're feeling flush, you could even pick something from the store's Luxe range, which offers original catwalk pieces for, let's say, an augmented price. If you're not sure about taking a risk, look out for clothes by LCF's more established alumni: LFW star Ada Zanditon; colourful menswear by  Joseph Turvey; and (back by popular demand) last year’s top sellers, womenswear designer Para Manko and fashion illustrator Rosie McGuinness.

If you're really strapped for cash, you can always opt for a branded College Shop tote bag, the new issue of LCF’s exclusive magazine "Pigeons and Peacocks", oyster card holders or a LCF designed postcard, starting at £5. Happy shopping.

College Shop is at G5 Kingly Court, Carnaby, Soho, London, W1B 5PW until 1 November, from Monday – Saturday: 12 midday to 7pm Monday to Saturday; until 8pm on Thursday; and 6pm on Sunday. Visit fashion.arts.ac.uk/about/college-shop for more information.
