Wednesday: The Sohemian Society host a talk about London character, Edwardian Artist and Occultist Austin Osman Spare at The Wheatsheaf, Rathbone Place from 7pm (£3).
Thursday: Discover the art galleries of Fitzrovia with live art performances, talks, tours and ‘in conversations’ as part of Fitzrovia Lates from 6-9pm (free).
Saturday: Find the fastest man in Brixton at the Brixton Bolt on Pope’s Road from 11am (free to watch).
Whitechapel Gallery Family Day means opportunities for you and the kids to paint, draw, dance and follow a trail around the gallery from 12-4pm (free).
Sunday: Celebrate Diwali in Trafalgar Square with music, dance and lots of light from 2-7pm (free).
