City Hall, home of the Mayor of London and the Greater London Authority, has been turned into a giant jack-o-lantern for Halloween. Boris Johnson described the temporary transformation as a "Cucurbitaceaous landmark to put the willies up the good people of London".
Actually, it's a rather naff Photoshop job on our part. We're hoping, on this day of resurrection, when the corpses of things past and ancient shall rise once more from the grave, that we might likewise resuscitate our old Touch Up London series. The idea is to take an image of London and manipulate it into something vaguely comical in Photoshop or other software.
