If you're newly hooked on the thrill of unfamiliar competitive sports three days of SkateLondon could tide you over until the Paralympics open.
Some of the best inline skaters in the world will compete in Classic and Battle Freestyle Slalom, Speed Slalom, Slides and Jumps. If you haven't got a clue what this means check out the disciplines online and watch the video from last year's event for a flavour of the action.
If you're a skater yourself there's an opportunity to join in with the regular London Friday Night Skate in Hyde Park.
The competition takes place at the excellent Westway Sports Centre and it's all free to watch.
