Paralympic Lowdown: Saturday 1 September

During the London 2012 Paralympic Games we’ll bring you a daily heads-up on what’s happening where, including sporting and cultural events, transport and weather.

Top things to see and do

Transport hotspots

With the weekend, and less work-day footfall, transport should be quieter in central London, but expect crowded carriages and roads in stations to the east, and along the Jubilee Line. Football matches at West Ham, Millwall, Tottenham and Crystal Palace will add to the load across east London. Here’s your daily heat map.
