Last week, a giant banner of the Royal Family was pinned to Sea Containers House on the Southbank as part of the Jubilee Celebrations. Some people love it. Some people loathe it. We can only marvel at the turn of events whereby a 40-times life-size image of Captain Mark Phillips now looms over the Thames. Who saw that coming?
