Spoken Word Preview: Ross Sutherland @ Roundhouse

Ross Sutherland is one of our favourite poets and we urge you to run – shove old ladies out of the way if you have to, we don't care – and catch his show The Three Stigmata of Pacman at the Roundhouse tonight and tomorrow.

After Ross was kicked out of his job predicting the future for a national newspaper he moved back home to live with his parents. Finding himself trapped in his own past, he must battle old enemies and use a time capsule to escape...

There's a wonderfully blurred line between poetry and comedy that Ross exploits to the full. This show played the Edinburgh Fringe in 2010, gaining a hatful of excellent reviews. If you don't believe them, this show trailer should convince you.

The Three Stigmata of Pacman is on at the Roundhouse, Camden, 8pm, 8 and 9 March. Tickets £12.50 / £10.
