A brand new Phlegm mural has appeared on the side of the Rag Factory, Heneage Street E1.
The mural was arranged by Lee from globalstreetart.com who also repainted the hopscotch squares opposite the wall in the kids playground and got artist Masai to paint a door close to the mural to make that bit of Heneage street look a bit more loved.
