London Stand Up And Sketch Comedy: 11-17 March

Where to find funny next week

See Alex Horne's one man show at Soho Theatre

Sunday: Andi Hamilton, Shappi Khorsandi, Robin Ince and Susan Calman all line up to entertain in the fourth comedy fundraiser 'Loving Linda' in memory of Linda Smith, raising money for Target Ovarian Cancer at the Rose Theatre, Kingston at 7pm (£30).

It's also the virtual birthday party for the late Douglas Adams at the Hammersmith Apollo at 5pm (£30 - raising money for two of Adams' favourite conservation charities).

Monday: Alex Horne spends 'Seven Years in the Bathroom' and condenses the life of an average male into an hour in this stat based experimental funny and stupid show at Soho Theatre 12-17 March, 9.30pm (£10-£15).

Tuesday: The Alternative Comedy Memorial Society sees Bridge Christie, Isy Suttie, Thom Tuck, John-Luke Roberts and other brave stand ups take risks with their careers at Arcola, Dalston at 7.30pm (£10).

Wednesday: School Night's timetable for its educational evening at Ginglik sees Rich Sandling offer Film Studies, Sam Schafer deal with PSHE, Tom Bell teach Media Studies and Danielle Ward do politics. Register will be called at 8pm (£8).

Thursday: Are you puntastic? Find other word players doing their worst on the Pun Run, upstairs at the Camden Head, NW1 from 8pm (£2).

Friday: Men Of War bring their sketch comedy show to the Leicester Square Theatre with favourite sketches and brand new stuff crammed into one hour from 8.45pm (£8).

Saturday: With a nod to Paddy's Day, The Drunk Show investigates whether people are funnier when inebriated with comedians performing first sober, and then again several pints later. As they say, "either a recipe for disaster or hilarity" at The Star of Kings, Kings Cross from 8pm (£10).
