Keep London Moving With Living Streets

The Living Streets charity have organised the next mayor's transport question time on 5 April ahead of the 2012 elections and there are still some places available.

Chaired by Polly Toynbee, the hustings will be an opportunity to put your questions to the mayoral candidates on how they intend to keep London moving over the next four years and create a safer, cleaner and better London for everyone.

All aspects of London transport will be considered, with an emphasis on improving conditions for pedestrians, cyclists and public transport users. Living Streets aim to stimulate a wide debate about how the conflicting needs of different transport users can be managed to improve quality of life and the efficiency of London’s transport network.

Questions subitted in advance will be selected to ensure a wide coverage of issues, including at least one question on each of the partner organisations’ specific campaign themes. Living Streets are working in partnership with the Campaign for Better Transport and the Movement for Liveable London.

Visit Living Streets' website to book your place. The hustings will be held at Friends House, 173-177 Euston Road, London, NW1 2BJ on Thursday 5 April, 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
