Ticket Alert: Blur, Pulp, Paul McCartney, Kanye West and Jay-Z

With the Brits last week and the NME Awards next, gig announcements are coming thick and fast. Here's our pick of dates on sale this Friday.

After their brief-but-memorable performance at the Brits this week, Blur have decided to play Hyde Park again this summer, alongside New Order and The Specials in an Olympics-closing concert. Tickets £55 + bf, from 9am.

Alternatively, if you were disappointed by Kanye West's non-appearance in Shoreditch two weeks back, tickets to the O2 will give you a better chance of getting close to the superstar. Jay-Z is along for the ride too, on the Watch the Throne tour. Tickets £67.25 (ouch!) + bf, from 9am.

The annual Teenage Cancer Trust gigs take place in the rather more refined surroundings of the Royal Albert Hall. This year they run from 28 March until 3 April. Line-up highlights include Pulp, Florence & the Machine, Paul McCartney and Roger Daltrey. Get tickets from 9am.

Finally, the Roundhouse might need to improve its real ale selection for Bellowhead's visit on 7 November. The 11-piece folk group have an impressive live pedigree and an incredible array of instruments to go with it. Tickets £22.50 + bf, from 9am.

Also booking this week: Keane and Carter USM at O2 Brixton Academy, The Enemy at Shepherd's Bush Empire, The Sunshine Underground at XOYO and Get Cape Wear Cape Fly at The Garage.
